What is involved?

A casual, 30 minute catch up with me - either via phone/Skype or over a coffee if you live locally for acute conditions.  We will have a chat about how you are feeling and any concerns you may have in regards to your health.

I will listen and ask questions so I can come to an understanding of what you are dealing with then I will get back to you with a simple plan of strategies, personalised just for you. You will also have access to any practitioner only supplements I may suggest for you.

What are considered acute conditions?

bloating or reflux
- Skin conditions such as acne or eczema

My Services

$120 (allow 1.5 hours)

What is involved?

I will email you a pre-consultation form, which gathers information of your health history, family history and any current or past symptoms or problems you may be experiencing so I can gain a holistic view of you as a person. I require this to be returned to me no later than 24 hours before the appointment.

During the consultation, together we will come up with some suggestions and strategies to help with the cause, not just the symptoms. We may need to further investigate with some testing or a referral to another health professional may be required.

If you have already been diagnosed with a condition, such as IBS, coeliac disease, a gut parasite or an autoimmune disease, I can help come up with a tailored meal plan to help the condition and will aim to relieve some of the symptoms. I will also prescribe practitioner-only supplements I believe would benefit your condition, which can be purchased through myself.

Skype and face-to-face appointments available.

Pre-natal

Preparing to have a baby is an exciting time. Ensuring your body is functioning correctly and is healthy enough to conceive a child is paramount to a healthy pregnancy and baby. I can provide you with a treatment plan, which may improve your conception chances and overall health during pregnancy.

Pregnancy

Your bodies requirements for nutrition increase dramatically during pregnancy. I can help educate you on what supplements you should be taking, along with dietary advice specific to pregnancy.

Post-natal

As your body has been nourishing a baby for the last 9 months (and continuing to do so if you chose to breastfeed), your personal nutrient levels will need a good top up after delivery. Lack of energy and time, as well as exhaustion are also very real as a new mother. I can help you come up with simple changes to your diet and lifestyle that can increase your energy and help you get through the day.

Introducing solids to your baby

An exciting time for all, but “What do I feed my baby?” you may ask. I can provide you with a guide for when to offer certain foods and what to feed your baby to give them the best start.

Children

Whether your child has been diagnosed with a food allergy, has an intolerance or is a fussy eater, I can help you navigate these paths by providing you with recipes, tools and menu plans to make this busy season with young children easier and to ensure you are providing them with their nutritional requirements.

Menopause

Tackling this change of life can be difficult. I can help provide some tools to navigate the journey with a more natural approach.

Skype and face-to-face appointments available.
