Full Consultation

Service Description

During the consultation, I will gather a full health history including family history, current medications and any current or past symptoms or problems you may be experiencing so I can gain a holistic view of you as a person. I will ask a lot of questions so I can gain a clear understanding of your current situation. We may need to further investigate with some testing or a referral to another health professional may also be required. A full treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours of the appointment, which will include treatment goals, specific strategies, a time-line for the goals, meal plans and recipes and any referrals required. ​I will provide you with a thorough meal plan and current lifestyle and supplementation recommendations and will email you a script for any supplements I prescribe to you, which can be purchased online and delivered to you. Skype and face-to-face appointments available.
