Service Description

A casual, 30 minute catch up with me - either via phone/Skype or over a coffee if you live locally for acute conditions. We will have a chat about how you are feeling and any concerns you may have in regards to your health. I will listen and ask questions so I can come to an understanding of what you are dealing with then I will get back to you with a simple plan of strategies, personalised just for you. You will also have access to any practitioner only supplements I may suggest for you. What are considered acute conditions? - Low energy levels - Digestive issues such as constipation/diarrhoea, bloating or reflux - Skin conditions such as acne or eczema - Pre/post natal/pregnancy issues: morning sickness, breastfeeding support (from a nutritional point of view), - Childhood issues: infant colic, reflux, constipation, food allergy support - Dietary advice
